Section handles applications for entry to South Africa. It provides
advice on all aspects of South African immigration requirements. Officials
in the Consular Section perform an agency service on behalf of the
Department of Home Affairs. Although we took all efforts to ensure

| On this site you will be able to find all the information you require to enable you to submit a full and complete application to the visa section. Please ensure that you carefully read all the information contained on this web site. Please refer to the requirements for each visa category as well as the FAQ section. Note that this constitutes the minimum requirements for all applications. However, the Consular Officer may ask you for additional documents in certain circumstances. E-mail enquiries are responded to in English, however, you can submit your brief enquiry in Korean or English. Due to continuing work load, we aim to respond within three working days. Please do not repeat sending of your enquiries, this will only lengthen your response time. Note: It is very important that you apply well in advance to your departure date. You are advised not to buy a ticket prior to obtaining a visa or permit. Delay or refusal of your application could result in financial loss of your payment for your flight. The Embassy cannot be held responsible for such losses. If you wish to avoid a possible long wait in the section to submit your application during our busy period, please be advised that we do accept postal applications. If you wish to use this method, please ensure that you submit all the documents as requested together with the correct permit fees in a form of postal order made payable to South African Embassy in Seoul.?
