The South African Embassy in Seoul can assist with the arrangement of a programme for official visits. For this purpose, however it will be crucial that the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Mission be informed of the intended visit well in advance (at least one month).

In contacting the Department of Foreign Affairs, it is important to provide the following details regarding
the delegation's intended visit to South Korea
:

The proposed dates for the intended visit
Full names, titles and positions of all the members of the proposed delegation
CV's of all the members or at least the leader of the delegation. This is often necessary
in order to secure the appointments for the delegation
The purpose/intention of the proposed visit
An indication of the contacts /counterparts/ institutions with which the delegation will be
interested in meeting with in South Korea.
An indication of the need for the South African Embassy in Seoul to make the necessary
arrangements for accommodation, surface transport, interpretation services, cell phones etc.
Please refer to payment procedures.

Should you be in direct contact with some of your counterparts, please provide the Mission with correct cellular numbers to enable effective coordination.
