  • Application forms will no longer be available from the website. Please visit the South African Embassy, Seoul and complete the necessary forms provided in original. All the applications should be submitted in person after receiving confirmation of appointment.
  • Please complete the application form and relevant documents in black ink.
  • South African documents are issued in accordance with the records as appeared in the National Population Register (NPR) at the time of the application.
  • Should accompanying documents be in another language, besides English, these must be translated into English and certified by the respective Embassy or natarized by any notary office. Original documents can be certified at the Embassy and returned to you.
  • For photograph specifications, please click here. Please note that two photos are required for child passport/ ID document applications and three photos for adult passport. Black and white photos are not accepted.
